The cashier taps items or scans barcodes. Modifiers, price rates and taxes are applied as the ticket builds.

Each item prints at its own station — grill, bar, pastry. If a printer is off, the ticket waits in the queue and prints when it is back.

The sale moves stock in the right warehouse, ingredients included through recipes, at moving average cost.
